Antique Handmade Small Pin Circa 1900

This is small silver plated pin measures 1 1/4" from east to west and 3/4" from north to south.
The pin has a "C" type clasp with a ball hinge.
As you can see on the pictures the pin backing looks as if it has been soldered onto the back. I think that these were originally cuff links that were made into a pin.
They are actually beautiful. The engraved birds are so detailed as well as the scalloped edging. The pin is heavy. I am representing this pin as being silver plated but it maybe actual silver. I did not test it or see any hallmarks.

Condition: As seen in picture. There is a slight dent in the center of the left disk. Other then that the pin is as you see it.

As with all of my items this comes from a smoke free home.
