Kammer & Reinhardt Toddler Baby

This sweet 16" K*R toddler has a bisque socket head that is marked "K*R//Simon Halbig//128." He has finely painted feathered brows with upper and lower lashes, open/close brown eyes, red nose dots with an open mouth showing two teeth. His molding is soft giving him a young baby look with a great double chin! His bisque is a nice pink color with just the right amount of coral cheek blush! He is wearing a blonde mohair baby wig which may be original to him. He had it when I acquired him.

He is wearing a one piece chemise/panties under his two piece silk very vintage handmade black and white checked long bloomers that are trimmed in maroon with a matching long jacket that closes in front with three hidden snaps. His jacket is topped off with a maroon bowtie and sailor collar. How sweet he looks in it along with his matching hat!

He is on a composition five piece bent leg baby body with all original patina. You can see the red lines between his fingers and toes along with outlined nails.

Condition: His bisque head is without any chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. His left hand does have a repaired finger. He does have a just a little bit of paint touch up around his neck area. Not much and nothing to take away from his value.
