Schoenhut Dolly Face Doll

This sweet little Schoenhut  Miss Dolly measures just 14" tall.  She has a round heavy face with lower made cheeks. When you look at her most of her upper and all of her lower lip is obscured. She has a slight double chin. She has a short nose with an open mouth showing her upper teeth. She has fine feathered eyebrows with brown eyes. Her eyes are factory varnished to give her a glass eyed look. Her eyes look as if they have depth due to the stippling of a darker color around the edge. Her hair is a light brown mohair. She has a decal on her back. Please refer to pictures.

She is dressed in vintage panties with an antique undershirt. Her half petticoat is also antique. Her blue cotton handmade dress is early. The back closes with a pin. A low belt buttons in back. The pocket on the front of her dress as well as her sleeves and neck line is trimmed in navy and red embroidery. Her socks are replacement socks but her shoes are antique. They are not Schoenhut shoes.

Condition: Very Good. She has not been repaired or repainted.

As with all of my items she comes from a smoke free home.
