Antique Bahr & Proschild Character Baby

This sweet 20" Bahr & Proschild character baby is mold number 585. She has a bisque ball jointed head with feathered brows, painted upper and lower lashes, sleep eyes and an open smiling mouth with 2 teeth showing. Her molding is deep and very well done especially around her eyes. It gives her a real baby look. Her cheeks are nice and rosy with her peachy complexion just the perfect color.  Her brown mohair wig looks original and matches her eyebrows perfectly. She is on a five piece composition baby body with nice pudgy arms and legs.

She is wearing a very vintage 3 piece outfit. Her sheer cotton romper is both machine and hand made as is her matching dress and bonnet. She is holding a vintage stuffed bunny that will be sent along with her.  

Condition: Great! She is without any chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. The tips of her 2 fingers on her left hand do have paint chips. She is without any repaint of any kind. Very lightly on the back of her body you can just see a red stamp. It would be impossible to read.
