Lay A Way Policy

Layaway may be used for any item over $100.00.  To secure your item 1/3 of total balance is due  at time of purchase. This total is non refundable. Second 1/3 payment is due within 30 days of 1st payment. Last payment is due within 60 days of 1st payment. Once these terms are agreed upon I do expect payments to be on time and for the correct amount. If for some reason you can not make your scheduled payment you need to contact me as soon as possible.  If for any reason a layaway fails a shop credit will be issued in lieu of any type of refund. The store credit MUST be used within 6 months of when the last payment was due or any credit will be forfeited. Special arrangements will always be considered.  I do not accept returns on lay a way items.
